C. Privacy Policy

1. Data Collected
Name, email address, payment information (processed by our providers, never stored directly), registration history, and answers provided during diagnostic sessions.

2. Newsletter and Consent (CASL Compliance) Newsletter sign-up uses a double opt-in system: registration only becomes active once confirmed. Every email includes sender identification, a valid contact address, and a functional unsubscribe link — in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). The newsletter may include editorial and/or promotional content. Unsubscribing does not affect an ongoing program enrollment.

3. Purpose and Sharing of Data
Data is used to manage registrations, academic follow-up, payments, and the newsletter. It is neither sold nor rented; it may be processed by necessary technical providers (Systeme.io, Stripe, Interac) strictly within their technical function.

4. Retention and Your Rights
Data is retained as long as necessary for the business relationship, then archived per legal obligations (tax records: 6 years; newsletter consent proof: per CASL). You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data, or unsubscribe at any time, by writing to cecile@fromhellotobonjour.com.

5. Cookies
The site, hosted on Systeme.io, may use technical cookies necessary for its operation. No third-party advertising cookies are currently used without further disclosure here.
