1. Programs
Live online tutoring for the TCF Canada and TEF Canada, by video call on Pacific Time.
• Boost: one 1.5-hour session every Saturday, in groups of six or fewer, for 1 month or 3 months.
• Mock tests: a one-to-one speaking mock test, or a full mock test (speaking one-to-one and writing), with feedback.
• The French Club: an online community with live group sessions, currently free of charge.
• Intensive preparation: one-to-one sessions tailored to your exam date, at a price set on request.
• Digital products.
Your seat or access is confirmed once payment is received.
2. Payment and refunds
Prices are in Canadian dollars. Boost and digital products are paid by card through Stripe. Mock tests and intensive preparation are paid on invoice, by Interac e-Transfer or by card (Stripe).
• Boost (1 month or 3 months): full refund if you cancel by email at least 7 days before your first session. After that, no refund, but you can move your remaining sessions to a later group within 3 months.
• Boost has no automatic renewal: you rebook the next month whenever you want.
• Mock test: you can reschedule up to 24 hours before. Later cancellations and no-shows are not refunded.
• The French Club: access is currently free, with no commitment, and you can leave anytime. If a paid option is introduced later, you will be informed in advance, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.
• If a group does not start, you get a full refund. If we cancel a session, we reschedule it.
• Digital products are not refundable once accessed or downloaded, unless a file is defective.
3. Sessions and materials
Missed sessions are not refunded or rescheduled. Boost learners who miss a session receive the worksheet completed by the group. All materials are for your personal use: please do not share or resell them. Sessions are not recorded without the group's consent.
4. Liability
No one can guarantee an exam score or an immigration decision. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada, without limiting your rights under consumer protection law.
